About the exhibition
Vice Versa: a title that refers to a 1996 book by Agamben (Italian categories. Studies of Poetics) for an investigation into Italian art that aims to highlight its “specular and dialectical” attitude through a path in seven “rooms ”Each of which puts two artists in dialogue. In this interplay of relationships, the attention of the curator, Bartolomeo Pietromarchi, focuses on the performative aspects and sensorial effects of many of the works on display, to involve the visitor in a full and diversified journey.
